July 2023 – became a qualified PT 🙂
October 2024 – decided to start running my own classes
November 2024 – my first set of kids classes up and running
December 2024 – started looking at new spaces to run more classes
January 2025 – decided to start running women’s classes
February 2025 – kids class starts getting busy
February 2025 – started running women’s classes at a second location!!
March 2025 – We celebrated International Women’s Day by hosting a free class!
